Publisher Katie Michels mingles with guests
Aurora – West Branch librarian Katie Michels celebrated the release of her visually-stunning publication’s second issue on Saturday night at Aurora Yoga Center at 514 Terry Ave. on Aurora’s West Side. Michels debuted Off Switch, her artsy and inspiring magazine, last December.
Off Switch Magazine is a quarterly print and digital publication aimed at inspiring people of all ages to pursue their passions and live life without an off switch. Inside the magazine are features on food, artwork, photography, fiction and more – all aimed at inspiring, motivating, and most importantly bringing a smile to your face.
In Volume 2, Michels interviews Lisa and Jeff Manning, who own both Aurora Yoga Studio and Nido Art Studio.
